Applicants* must have: - Ontario Personal Support Worker (PSW) graduate (Ontario College Certificate from a College of Applied Art and Technology [CAAT] college) OR from an accredited Private Career College or Institution from 2014 onwards
- Ontario Personal Support Worker graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

| Additional Admission Requirements: | * Mature student status (19 years of age or older and no OSSD) Mature students may take the Admissions Assessment for English and math, OR may consider upgrading to achieve the credit(s) needed in English and math.
